Student exchange 31.10.-04.11.2011 in Oldenzaal
On the 31th Oct. 2011 I was travelled to the Netherlands along with my school group. That is the first time in my life I experienced such a wonderful chance to see the Netherlands and to meet the students of the school in the Netherlands.
We have been invited from the TCC school in Oldenzaal. So the first day we visited the school: it was amazing, that school is so big. In the main school are 1500 students and they have every possibilities in school.
Our hotel was very nice, a former farm house in a park area of Oldenzaal.
Next day our group went along with their Dutch group to a very old church in the town of Oldenzaal. It was 800 years old. We have been inside to see the church and they have beautifully maintained this old church.
Third day we went to the city to see something special and then we’ve seen something which is unforgettable, the centre of the town was the natural beauty and in the evening we went to a dance club. That was marvelous. We had enjoyed a lot the “Dance Games”. I myself never dance but there it was a great environment that influenced me to enjoy.
On the fourth day the whole group went to Enschede by bike. We passed a cow-farm and saw how they produce cheese. That was very interesting. In the evening we went to a club to play billiards. We played two or three hours and we enjoyed a lot with eachother, that was –I found- very good.
The next morning we had our train back to Berlin and the Dutch group was with us in the train station to drop us. The teachers from the TCC School were super. They gave us beautiful surprise that we ever remember.
So day by day was a great experience an especially the Dutch students did their best for us. Our trip was the best and we got experience for the future.
We met the Dutch group in Berlin again in the period from 14.11.-18.11.2011. We enjoyed showing our school and our town.
